New York (EWR) Goes Live: Direct Teraswitch, ~0.1ms to Jito

This is one of the most significant network upgrades we have ever shipped. Our new site in EWR (New York) is now directly connected to Teraswitch, delivering dramatically improved connectivity and ultra-low latency - and for Solana users in particular, the numbers are exceptional.

Built for the New York Jito Block Engine

For MEV and high-frequency Solana strategies, latency to the Jito Block Engine is the metric that matters. From our EWR site we are averaging just ~0.1ms to the New York Jito Block Engine:

Note the mdev of 0.009ms - that is the standard deviation, and it is tiny. The connection is not just fast, it is extraordinarily consistent. As we explain in our latency reduction guide, that low jitter is exactly what on-chain strategies are built around.

Old New York location: EOL and migrations

As part of this upgrade, our previous New York location is reaching End of Life. Migration notices have been sent to all affected customers. If you are on the old location and would like to move sooner, open a ticket via Discord or our website and we will handle the migration for you. Your data, IP arrangements, and configuration are looked after as part of the move.
