Why water cooling
Air-cooled servers throttle. When a CPU runs hot under sustained load, it reduces its clock speed to stay within thermal limits - which means your peak benchmark numbers are not the numbers you actually get during long-running workloads. Water cooling keeps the EPYC 4565P at its boost clocks for far longer, so the performance you pay for is the performance you keep.
